Food Safety Manager Certificate
Admissions
Applicants to the HACCP Certificate Program must meet one of the following criteria:
- A Bachelor of Science degree
- Seven years relevant experience in the food industry
- Completion of industry approved HACCP training programs
Applicants should be prepared to verify by official documentation that they have met program admission requirements.
Applicants to certificate programs are classified as non-degree seeking students* and are therefore not eligible for financial aid. Degree-seeking students must have departmental approval in order to enroll in certificate program courses. The University of Arkansas Office of Admissions reserves the right to determine the proper category of admission and to determine what credentials may be required.

Certificate Program applications must be received before December 1st for the Spring cohort.
*Students who wish to be admitted into a degree program at the University of Arkansas must apply for regular admission.
