NWACC will award five hours of credit for students who can demonstrate completion of training from the University of Arkansas Paralegal Certificate program. Three hours will substitute for Torts and 2 hours will apply towards the Paralegal Elective.

Jeananne Whitmire, lead instructor for the Fayetteville course, conducted a private practice before becoming the Attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel for the Department of Human Services for the State of Arkansas. Whitmire received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.
Fees
Course cost is $999. Full payment is due by February 13, 2009, to secure your registration. Fee includes tuition, textbook, student guide, and certificate of completion.
Cancellation requests received by February 13, 2009, are subject to a $120 administrative fee. After this date, refunds are subject to a $250 fee. No refunds will be made after February 18, 2009.
