Early Arrival Policy
If necessary, students traveling more than 100 miles to camp may arrive one night early. The extra night fee is $20 per person. No meals will be provided until Sunday evening, and the dining hall will not be open. Students may arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. the evening before camp, and must be accompanied by a band/orchestra director
(or other adult chaperone). Provisions for Saturday arrival are included on the registration form.
Camp staff is not responsible for campers prior to Sunday.
Early arrivals are responsible for their own meals until dinner on Sunday. The dormitory cafeteria will NOT be available for early arrivals' meals. The nearest restaurants are on 6th Street, about a 10-minute walk from the dormitory.
Captains for the week of July 15-21 are not required to pay the extra night fee.
NOTE: Campers traveling less than 100 miles, or without adult chaperones will not be allowed to arrive at camp until Sunday morning.
